The Power-Rail™ PV Module Mounting system is the industry's strongest roof-mounting system for "top-down" module-mounting. This product provides advantages over other products, such as:

• Their profile is not lightweight and hollow but a heavy-duty solid aluminum extrusion
• The solid extrusion allows longer spans between mounting feet than other manufacturers
• The Power-Rail™ systems are typically mounted flat on the roof but provide versatility to be used in other installations

The Power Rail™ System is designed for parallel-to-roof arrays. The Power Rail™ extrusion is 6061-T6 structural aluminum. The Mid-Clamps and End-Clamps are Type 304 stainless steel. Standard Mounting Feet are 5052-H32 aluminum. All hardware is stainless steel.

The Power Rail™ system is designed and warranted to withstand 125mph wind loads in an exposure C setting when installed parallel to the roof and in accordance with Direct Power and Water's design guidelines.
