(Trial Program)

We are pleased to announce a trial program in which we will provide for a limited time a 2% Sales Commission for all referrals that result in a completed sale or multiple sales.

For example if you put a link to us on your web site and one of your visitors clicks on that link and comes to our web site and ends up purchasing a Solar Energy System, you will get a check from us for 2% of the total transaction.

Referral Tracking:
Each Customer who completes a transaction with us will be asked how they came to us and who referred them. If they came to us via a word or mouth referral or a link on your web site, we will contact you upon the completion of the transaction to find out where you want your check for 2% of the total transaction to be sent to.

Expiration:
If for some reason a customer doesn't let us know how they came to us and they purchased something from us. We will hold on to the 2% commission for no longer than 30 days. When a customer provides us with the information on who referred them to ATG or linked them to our web site we will make a reasonable attempts to contact the referring source for no more then 30 days from the date of sale in order to get the necessary information to send a 2% commission check.

ATG will continue to honor and submit payments to referring sources for Sales Referral Commissions for 30 days following the termination of the Sales Referral Commission program. The customer who was referred must close their transaction within 30 days of the termination of this trial program.

Required information for a Referral Commission Check to be sent:
The basic information needed includes:

• Name of individual or company to make the check out to.
  • NOTE: if the link is from a company, the referral commission check will be made out to a company, not an individual.
• Mailing Address to mail the Referral Commission Check

Miscellaneous:
This Referral Sales Commission applies only to products that ATG sells. A referral fee will not be paid on the cost of product installation since the customer will be paying the third party installer directly which does not include ATG.

If for some reason the referral is claimed by two or more people, ATG will review the matter and send the check to the party they feel was most responsible for the referral and the subsequent completed transaction. ATG will have final say on who get the commission check.
